When it comes to orchestrating your own wedding you not only go the whole nine yards, you do so in the midst of ecstatic emotions. We set out to create a mini-summer tribal festival and succeeded. The entire weekend consisted of planned activities and intense togetherness. 200 people were invited to attend, dressed as ´their respective tribe´in order to bring out their inner most ´selves´ and show us who they really are. Tents were erected both teepees and large festival tents, the barn was dressed up, sculptures erected, fires lit, lamb roasted, ceremonies created, dances displayed and Viking songs sung and not forting of course the constructed playground. Shamanic and gypsy influences abounded and with much recycling of natural and other elements found on the surrounding beaches and land. The result was a magically-married couple.
